Advice needed on how to scrub my buggy clean please!

I am starting to get into my nesting phase and would like to scrub clean a buggy we have been given second hand- it's a lovely Phil and Teds and it's a bit dusty from sitting in an attic for a few years. Can I put it in the washing machine? What's the best way?

A friend of mine used some sort of upholstery cleaner on her phil and teds when she sold it. She said it came up looking like new. Will ask her tomorrow what brand it was.

I've just used a sponge and washing up liquid on one of mine -pdg.

I put mine in washing machine - in pillow case on handwash setting

Ooooh, lucky you getting given a Phil & Teds!! Hope you get it clean. I would probably do what Vino monster did. But then I put everything in the washing machine.

My lovely DH put our bugaboo in the washing machine it came out good as new. Didn't stop me insisting on a new change of hood and covers to update its look for new baby !!
