i felt like this with dd2, i had terrible spd and major works going on in the house, plus there is only 15 months between my two girls so i was contending with a young toddler. i regret it now though as i probably won't ever be pregnant again x

Yeah I keep thinking I should just get over myself and enjoy it as I think we'll stop and 2DC's.
DD1 is 2.3 and going through a rough patch which I guess isn't helping. I'm so greatful that we're having another one. But I keep worrying about how I'm going to cope with two. DH due to go away for 4 mths (MOD) when newborn is 6 mths old Hmm

Yawnng, that is so odd, I was about to post how I felt awful when pg with DD2, that I only have 15 months between the two girls which made it harder and that I regret not enjoying it more.

The thing is that regretting feeling like hat is stupid, they only way I could have enjoyed it more was if I was healthy during the pregnancy, which I wasn't!!

Tetty, you definitely won't be alone feeling as you do. My second pg was sufficiently awful that there won't be any more babies for me cos I can't face doing it again Sad

I'm with you all. Only 12 weeks preg so far and DS is 15 months - not a good combo. Am just wishing for the pregnancy and the newborn stage to be over with, which means I'm wishing the next year of my life away!!

Plus DS has croup so I've been up all night with a barking seal, bless him :(

Oh thankyou! You gals have made me feel normal! Smile
I have various friends pregnant/trying/just had a baby and they all seem to glorify pregnancy so much. I'm not ungrateful, I understand that I am very lucky to have what I have. But I just dont like this bit!

The clothes aren't great (unless you spend a fortune which I just dont have). I spent 4-5 days a week, after finishing breast feeding DD1, working my ass off to loose weight with the Davina dvds, out running and generally being exhausted! The sickness this time was three fold worse than with pregnancy 1. DD1 is with me this time which means I can't just have a few mins relaxing if the day gets a bit hectic. I know these things can all be overcome in some way but I just need a good moan Sad

I'm 39 weeks and have hated being PG both times. I find it so draining. I have had insomnia most of the way through this pregnancy. Plus, if you've never had morning sickness you have no idea how debilitating it is.

You end up wishing the pregnancy over, which is terrible, but I think there are lots of people on here who have felt the same (lord knows I've started many a post like this myself!).
