WHY didn't I search mumsnet before I ordered anything? I ordered a changing bag on 11th August, money left my credit card on 12th August, and still not received it - just a word of warning really to anyone thinking of buying from this website - DON'T! Have now read so many stories about them on MN and wish I had thought to search before I bought, rather than be lured by their prices...thank God I paid on my credit card. Have emailed them today to request a refund or they will be going to court etc...am so Angry with them and myself Sad

opps - just received something I ordered from them today. Good job I hadnt seen this or I would be worried!

how long did it take to arrive? My mum has just informed me that as I spent under £100, I probably won't be covered by the credit card - am slightly more hopeful after hearing that you have actually received something!
