Period like cramps at 34 weeks - HELP!

I'm 34 weeks and have recently been getting period like cramps. I have looked in books but nothing has come up. Should I be worried?

I'm 39 weeks today and been getting them for about a week or two now. They can be caused by the baby engaging in the pelvis. Perhaps that could be causing it?

That makes sense. I hope its that and nothing too serious. Thanks
