Pain in my belly button?

It was waking me last night, it's not constant but like lots of little needles poking from the inside.

I'm 34+4 if that's relevant

Bump now people are awake!

I did read something a while ago about pains in the belly button (I get shooting pains in mine), I think it was something about your tubal ligament stretching.

I always think things like this are worth a quick call to the midwife though .

Don't have a MW I have to go to the hospital so I tend to need to be more cautious about what I ask about!

Not had it much during the day, seems to be when I'm lying down so will see tonight,
