If you google vulval varicosities you'll come up with something.

I had varicose veins in the legs that made their way up in that direction - not too pleasant I must admit!

I had one when pregnant with DC2 (but not 1 or 3 strangely).

Mine wasn't too bad but did ache especially if I stood for any length of time.

Went away completely after the birth.

Didn't bother having a look Smile

OMG don't get me started on my varicosities of my vulva! Never had any varicose veins of any part of my body with DS1 and DS2 but this time round have shocking varicose veins on the back of my left leg - top to bottom. This then spread up to my vulva, and my bottom. Lovely! y noony now resembles a giant american hotdog, although like hormonesnomore i haven't actually had a look. Very much hope they go away after the birth, and will let you know as am 38 and a bit weeks!
Apologies by the way if any of the above is TMI!

not tmi cluds. i think i have one but not sure. thanks crikeybadger have now managed to find a little bit of something describing what they look/feel like but am still not sure that is what i have.

i think a gp/mw visit is in order to put my mind at rest. Great more prodding and poking Confused

to be honest don't look at my bits usually either (would rather not know). Especially after having DD.
