38+3 and face has gone greasy?!

Have always had good skin, and has been fine al the way through pregnancy - but has suddenly gone really greasy on my face and am getting spots on my chin? Has anyone else suddenly got this? and did anything help to clear it up?

I guess its just hormones and not one of those weird signs of labour being just around the corner?

I'm 38+3 too and, after months of lovely clear skin and gorgeous long nails that I (for the first time ever) have had to file shorter, I've got a big zit on my cheek and face a bit blotchy and my nails are beginning to break. I'm expecting my hair to start falling out soon too!!

On the plus side, I'm hoping it means the beginning of the end of this pregnancy lark!!

Don't know about skin breakouts but has your nose gone slightly flatter or changed shape? It's a sure sign that labour's about to start.
