Hi everyone, im 17+4 days pregnant and have a horrible pain in my fango bone Blush i could hardly walk today, i have had it for about a week!

it's also hard to do much with my left leg (if that makes sense) like putting trousers on etc.

Please tell me this wont get worse, this is my 3rd pregnancy, never had it before.

Sounds like SPD or PGP. Ask your midwife or GP for a physio referral - physio can make a real difference if you keep up practicising the exercises.

I haven't got another app with midwife for about 7 week's, but i think i will go to gp.

Oh no i really was hoping it wasn't SPD i have seen ladies with it and how painful it can be.

It's just impossible to get in and out the bath with out yelling.

Thank you

Our hospital allows you to self refer to the physio if you're pregnant. Might be the same where you are?

Does sound SPDish I'm afraid.

I have been reading up on it, i dont actually have pelvic pain but the pubic and in my leg are spot on oucie.

I had the same pains only starting at 28 weeks. It was SPD I'm afraid. I found acupuncture did wonders!

I'm going to have to try something, i could of cried rolled in bed, i just cant believe it has popped up already.

are you sleeping with a pillow between the legs. Last pg, i had this at about your stage. A really sharp pain, especailly when walking up stairs or getting up in the night. I found that the pillow between the legs at noght knocked all the symptoms away. I have been sleeping with the pillow again this pg and have had the odd twinge but nothing more yet.

yeah i have a normal pillow there, it does help abit, i'm going to get one of those big pregnancy ones there look so comfy so hopefully it will help abit more.

thank you
