Claire not sure about the cramps but when I started on cyclizine it mad be very dizzy and really sleepy, both of these passed in a week.

If you are really worried phone nhs direct.

i felt really odd when i first started taking it - spaced out, really drowsy and dizzy. This did improve as I took it for a few days. It sounds like you're worried about it though. ring your out of hours gp or NHS direct. Some people do have reactions to drugs. Hopefully yours is just regular initial side effects but check it just incase. Let me know how you get on with it. Hope you're OK over there

It made me drousy initially too and I had a migraine for the first time ever; no idea if that's related though. I've been taking it for 3 weeks now, bit less tired and doesn't curethr sickness but it has mostly stopped the puking. Hard to know whether it would stop shortly anyway though.

If you are worried, ring your out of hours doc (there's usually a number on your surgerys answerphone) or NHS Direct - with pregnancy and babies my doctor says there's no such thing as a time-waster; better safe than sorry. Hope you feel better soon.

it made me feel drunk - to the point where people asked if I was, however it stabalised in a couple of days and became the biggest blessing ever - still on it at 35 weeks
