Hi all, I'm almost 14 weeks and I have been getting some aches low down in my tummy. It's not painful or constant but I'm just aware it's there sometimes.
Could it just be my body stretching or do I need to see a doctor?
I don't have any bleeding but do occasionally have a mucusy discharge(TMI)

I wouldn't worry unless there is bleeding. I had quite bad periody type achey pains in all pregnancies and all was ok. Lots going on in there. Just think of it as your body adjusting and adapting to holding a life!
