Hi im currently 30 wks into 3rd preg at was with midwife today and she said baby is laid along the bottom like in a hammock/horizontal across my stomach and all limbs at the front.
midwife said with it bein 3rd preg and only 16mnts since dd was born my womb is 'roomey'so he has dropped down.
So while its not a worry at moment as he still has time to move(fingers crossed!!!!)
It is causing horrendus back and pelvic ache.

Any! else has this prob?? Any advice for the back ache??

Thanks

Get down on all fours with your bum in the air or lean against a wall to encourage the baby to turn into a more comfy position.

I'm 37+4 with my first but found earlier she regularly lay across me and I also found it uncomfortable. TBH I never found anything that worked, despite trying the all fours things and other positions to get her to move. I found at about 34-35 weeks she moved permanently so she's now in a much better position, and it's far more comfy. I'm sure it was more her growing that made her move rather than anything I did. I was told to try lying on my side lots, maybe try that.
