I am currently recovering from a cold and bad sore throat/cough at 32wks. Would it be wrong to go to my ante-natal class tomorrow or would all the other expectant mums hate me? Hmm

I think it's fine as long as you don't lick them and aren't streaming with snot. Bugs are all around - you don't get to avoid them because you're pregnant. Grin

Your right, just wondering as my husband thinks if anyone catches it they will be starring daggers at me the following week!!!

Not sure we're a close enough group for any licking of faces Wink

If you're coughing lots or feel really ill, I have to say I wouldn't be happy about it as another Mum-to-be with various health issues on top of pregnancy.

If you're over the worst you're probably not infectious though. Take tissues to cough in and hand sanitiser and even I'd be okay with that.

Sanitizer, thats a good idea. I'm hoping I will feel better again tomorrow Smile thanks

Hey

I had this last week, I actually decided not to go to the womens only session, but really I was at that awful bunged up, sneezing over everything stage. I didnt want anyone to see me like that let alone pass it on to them. If you are over the worst though it should be fine.

Hope you feel better soon.

My husband went on my behalf and took notes, I actually felt worse on the day so I know i made the right decision, just miserable that a cold and cough is lasting so long and I was looking forward to the class - oh well , thanks for the advice anyway Smile
