Cramping at 28 weeks

Kinda feels like mild period pain. And I mean very mild. Cramps start then go after about half a minute, so I think this might be Braxton Hicks.

Am I right? And is it normal for them to last about 20 mins? They've been coming since the start of Come Dine With Me! No increase in intensity though. Just an increase in annoyance!

If you have more than 4 in a 1 hour period you need to phone your maternity unit to be checked over.

It probably is just BHs but better to be safe than sorry.

Had a hot bath and they're gone. Thinking about it, the bump went stiff while i was walking home from work. So maybe i've had them on and off for a while and just noticed now?

Glad they're gone - maybe it was the utter astonishment and disbelief at watching come dine with me - what a bunch of muppets!! Take care x
