Anyone had a false positive???

think its wishful thinking on my part!

had a BFP on sat Shock

thing is apart from feeling a bit queasy i dont feel pregnant, my LMP was the end of may and i have done tests in june, july and mid aug which were all negative.

I believe that false positives don't occur. Evaporation lines do though? (Wishful thinking for you). Sorry if that's not what you wanted to hear hun.

I was under the impression that you don't really get false positives, but you can have chemcial pregnancies. Where you have a positive one week and not one next week.

I'm confused do you want to be pregnant or not want to be pregnant good luck either way.

You can get pregnant even if you have not had a perio recently, you may have only just ovulated and are only very early in your pregnancy.

i dont really want to be pregnant, i have 3 already (6,3 and 2 yrs) had thought i was being carefull by using condoms obviously not, i havent knowingly had any slip ups Confused

oh well quess its time to wake up to the face that no 4 is on its way!

You'd only get a false positive with a broken test (and I've never heard of that happening, normally if broken they just don't do anything) or if you mis-read an evaporation line.

If it's a pink/blue second line, it's a positive.

Lol life happens doesn't it? grin give it a week and test again. After 3 you'll probably not even notice a fourth :) Lots of luck x
