I know this has been done before but I'm 6ft with a 36" inside leg so struggle to find trousers at the best of time. I'm really after a nice couple of pairs of mat jeans for the winter (my last pg was summer so could live in cropped trousers and skirts.) I normally wear topshop tall, bootcut style but their mat range only goes up to 34" inside leg. I;ve had a look at some websites and they are either horribly expensive cos designer or they look really naff! Could anyone give me any personal recommendations?TIA.

I am only 5ft7 but bought a lot of things from IsabellaOliver. I had to turn up all the trousers - by a lot. Don't know about their jeans though.

I'm 6ft with a 36" leg too and I really struggled! In the end I found a half decent pair of jeans in Dorothy Perkins of all places. Might be worth a look.

I got one pair of lovely jeans from new look online. The stocked only one style in a 36 leg but they were fab and I was so grateful! Towards the end I wore pajamas in the house and my work trousers were held up with a hair bobble..... Tall people don't have babies didn't you know!! They have a few limited items in long tall Sally but they are expensive. They also didn't have a single pair of maternity jeans in stock for the whole of my pregnancy. Good luck!!

so what did you wear when you went outside mmmchocolate? i mean you said you couldn't get anything? What about maxi dresses long skirts?

beanpole and mummylonglegz seems ok priced longtall may be more expensive.

I had one pair of jeans and one pair of work trousers that I could find to fit. Towards the end when I outgrew the jeans I used to wear DH's shorts and t shirts (he's a big lad). I was the picture of elegance.

Justanother- I just wore those one pair of jeans they just about fit me at the end because I didn't gain too much weight. I'm not really a skirt/dress person, And I also wore DPs tops Grin

I also have long legs and pre-pregnancy wore the tall range from next. They have maternity trousers in extra long fit which i have found the same length as their tall ones and have been really happy with them. The jeans were about £25. Hope that helps you.

Thanks for all your replies, I will have a look at all your suggestions, I think Isabella Oliver stuff looks lovely but p'raps a bit dear as planning on this being the last bump! Most high street tall stuff is just not quite tall enough but I will certainly have a look. Thanks again. x
