Is anyone else hot??

I get these hot flushes during the day which last for hours...
Im 29+4 and get VERY hot in my face and body and just feel like standing in a freezer.

I drink lots and eat lots of ice-pops but still it take hours to go away...

Anyone else get really hot?

I'm normally freezing cold but have felt a lot hotter lately, especially my hands and feet which are usually like ice.

I'm 31+5 Smile

my feet are so hot at night it's driving me mad- I'm only 18+3. try putting a heat/cold pad (you can get those gel ones) in the freezer then putting it over your shoulders or face maybe?

I might try an ice pack you put in picnic bags and put it under my bedsheets!...

Yep - my 'normal' body temperature has gone up a couple of degrees. Luckily I was very 'cold blooded' before!

Hnds and feet especially. Only 18 weeks.

Feeling boiling hot is very common from mid pregnancy onwards- I found that enduring the hot weather in the earlier summer was hell.

Sticking your feet in a bowl of cold water for ten minutes helps, as does a cool shower. When your feet are really throbbing, put them up on a few pillows and get a fan going on them.
