Exercise Classes whilst pregnant

Newbie here. Looking for advise on any aquanatal classes in North Tyneside which are heald in the evening? Only ones I can find seem to be during the day? Any help would be great? Also looking for any other ideas too. Thanks Lesley x

I'm actually online googling the same thing in Neath Port Talbot area of Wales- they really should have a directory on internet somewhere! x
