Scared - stopped feeling sick

Am only 5-6 weeks, after a week or so of a dull nausea I haven't felt it now for 2 days.

Am scared something is up.

Arghhh, I hate the first 12 weeks!

It seems to be quite normal to have changes in sickness. I had intermittent nausea then nothing for ages and I'm now 36+2. As long as you've had no significant bleeds or pain I'm sure you're fine. But if you're worried just call your GP on tues and they should help.

I had exactly the same thing only with my boobs - my only symptom early on was sore boobs (never had any sickness) and they went completely normal for a few days around the 6-week mark. I panicked I was having a missed miscarriage, but people told me there was no point asking for a scan as it was too early to see much anyway. And a few days later they started hurting again. They settled into a pattern of a few days on, a few days off. 32 weeks now and everything has been normal! I think it's completely fine for symptoms to come and go. Try not to worry (I know that's impossible).

my boobs aren't sore either!

I have a batch of cheap tests and they are coming up + and dark straight away so I know I shouldn't ben worrying really! :)

I didn't feel v sick at all with my first pregnancy, but boobs were untouchable. Second pregnancy sick as a dog, all day every day, but boobs fine. All my children are girls. I think as others have said symptoms come and go and vary day by day, Enjoy the lack of sickness ands try to relax
If you are still worrying, go to EPU or GP

i had this toto the other week ive had terrible nausea and then for bout 3 days it totaly went in fact i felt like my old self again not tired not weeing or anything, went to town and got a test that come up streyt away. then day after it come back with a big vengance lol x
