26 + 4 given steriods had a bleed

any one else given steriods a this ealy gestation?

had a bleed ast night was admitted to mat ward, discharged at lunch today have been having lots of BH some mildly painful, wasnt dialated when examined - feel tired and scared

I was given steroids at 27 weeks last pregnancy. Mine was due to cervix softening not bleed though.

how did you know your cervix was softening?

What could have caused the bleed? I wasnt doing any thing at all... on MN at the time actually

I didn't have a bleed.
I had some cells removed, and due to this my cervix was monitored throughout, at 27 weeks I had an internal to check and the registrar who did it said, it was a little softer than she had hoped so I was given steroids there and then, and then the same time the next day as a precaution.

It did feel like a blunt needle filled with brick, being stabbed in my bum cheek.

Sorry that should ahve said, I didn't have a bleed, so really don't know what could have caused yours, did they not give you any information as to possible cause while you were there?
