low amniotic fluid and single umbilical artery

I was diagnosed with a single umbilical artery at 20 weeks, which means that potentially, there could be growth problems with the baby as not enough blood and oxygen gets through the placenta. Other serious problems were ruled out at a detailed scan. I have been measuring smallish for dates and certainly feel alot smaller than I did with my first baby. Had a growth scan at 34+4 weeks and baby was within normal range but amniotic fluid was at the lowest end of the range. I am worried that this is connected to the single artery issue. My consultant said just to keep an eye on the baby's movements. Obviously this is difficult to assess when the baby's movements naturally reduce as the pregancy reaches its last few weeks. Does anyone have any advice on this or experienced similar issues? Thanks
