worried about stomach cramps

Hi all im new hear, I found out that I am pregant yesterday only 3weeks :)which was great news we were TTC but still i'm feeling a little I was having stomach cramps and back pain before the BFP which I thought was my period.
These pains were alot worse last night I worried about mc told myself not to worry and now I feel like im going to start my period at any moment I think this is normal?

I had terrible stomach cramps for a week before my period was due. I had to get up a couple of times during the night to take painkillers as the cramps were so bad. I did a HPT the day after my period was due and it was negative. I spent the next two weeks willing my period to come so we could start a fresh the following month but after 14 days there was still no sign of it. The stomach cramps were worse than ever during those 2 weeks. I finally did another HPT
and it turned out I was pregnant after all. I was so worried about the amount of painkillers I'd taken but my doctor reassured me that everything should be ok. I'm now 10 weeks
