Tender bump at 33 weeks!

Hi,

I'll be 33 weeks tomorrow and the last few days my bump has been really tender on and off. Especially noticeable when the baby is pushing against me, like it's trying to get out through my side (all very alien!) I'm guessing this is totally normal and just yet more growing pains and stretches, though I don't feel like I can grow that much more! Ha!

Just thought I'd double check! Anyone else?

Yep, the skin around my belly button in particular is so tender I can't even stand the feel of my clothes brushing against it at the moment!

Hope you are well otherwise NoTea!

Thanks Jacks you always seem to answer my questions! If I remember correctly you're due the same day as me? 14th October?!

I'm well other than a tender, growing bump thanks! Time seems to be flying by, I'm sure that won't be the case close to the due date or if I go over due!!!

How are things with you?

Yes indeed, although I have ELCS booked for 6th Oct which will be 38+6 wks.

I'm not stalking you, honest! Grin

I'm ok just very very TIRED!

I'm 35+6 and my bump's really sore and tender all over and has been for about 4-5 weeks now. I thought it meant it was going to break out in major stretch marks but nothing yet.
I've even found my bump's so tender that when people brush past me or I lean over something I've actually squealed in pain a little bit!

NoTeaForMe · 26/08/2010 10:51

Ah! I'd love to know when I'll actually have the baby! Would make things so much easier to know! Especially as I'm hoping to move house but we don't have a date yet, and looks like it will be beginning of October!

I'm glad it's not only me feeling tired! The last week I've gone back to feeling tired, but not sleeping well at all, very frustrating!!

Saoirse that sounds familiar, I have uttered the odd 'ow' when bending over/against something! I've also opened the door against myself a couple of times as I have misjudged how big my bump is! That makes me sound really clumsy!! I'm not really!

Ha ha, yes I have done similar things, like misjudging how big a gap is and trying to squeeze through it only to get my bump stuck Blush.

Yep, I feel bruised on the inside :(
