Hiya,

I did a cheap test 3 days ago and thought there was a super faint line, I waited 2 days and yesterday I got a pink line! Still about a quarter of the redness of the control line but you can see it at arms length.

My sister is bringing me a couple of tests,

a CB digital and a First response later,

I'm really scared they are going to be negative, I don't 'feel' pregnant at all, I got giddy and told my sister and now everyone knows but I feel like a fraud! lol

I guess I won't be able to believe it until I get a + on a 'proper' test but am sccared to take it!

I've had a dull nausea for about 5 days now though.

The further established the period, the stronger the hormone is in your system.

If it's there, you'll get a line, no matter how faint! The longer you leave before you test, the more bold the line will be when you do test...

Congratulations, I think you very possibly are pg! :)

Congratulations, you're duffaged!! (By the way, I completely understand. I didn't dare believe it was true until my first scan!)

Congratulations!
I started a new thread Due may 2011
If you know the date of your last period you can work out your due date on an online calculator. :)

Congratulations! Remember me? I answered you're question about ovulation days a couple of weeks ago! I've just found out I'm pregnant too! Smile I'm so happy and nervous!

Also my tests on Sunday evening and Monday morning were barely visible. It was the clear blue digital that confirmed it. 'Pregnant 1-2'

parkj83 · 25/08/2010 11:59

Why did I say period?! I meant pregnancy!! Lol oops!

TotorosOcarina · 25/08/2010 12:00

Oh hi Nancy! yey!!! congratulations!!

I'm looking at my cheapie test now and theres a line, but i want a posh one to tell me so, haha.

Well, I guess I will know soon enough, she should be here soon.

Do you think I should do the FR or the digi?

Am so scared of it saying 'not pregnant' though!!

I did a wee in a pot this morning so I had FMU will it be OK to use?

The First Response are far more sensitive than the CB Digitals so I'd do a First Response test first (and preferably with first monring urine too).

TotorosOcarina · 25/08/2010 14:45

Just got BFP on FR, and 'pregnant 1-2 weeks' on CB :)

Congratulations :).

I also found out on Monday, very faint line on first response followed by CB 'pregnant 2-3 weeks'. Also finding it hard to actually believe that I'm actually pregnant and not just imagining it.

Dreemagurl · 25/08/2010 15:31

Yup, as long as there's a line, however faint, it means the hormone is there and you are definitely pg. I had a tiny tiny faint line on a cheap stick test. Didn't show up on Clear Blue for another week or so - but I agree, it is nice (and scary!) to see it written in digital. (Now 33 wks!) Congratulations and best of luck for an easy pregnancy :)

Beaurevage · 25/08/2010 16:30

I did two first response tests and both were very faint. Have had my booking apt with the GP and they still haven't done any tests yet to confirm either (blood tests coming up).

I'm now 9.5 weeks and still don't believe I'm pregnant. Other than finally fitting the tiny bras that I've worn all my life (and two missed periods) I have NO symptoms. I still wonder if it's for real....
