35+2, legs so swollen they actually hurt, fingers don't even bend by this time of night, I am enormous (as people keep stopping me in the street to point out Hmm), I'm suddenly peeing every half an hour instead of hourly, I seem to be dribbling pee Blush and my cervix is under constant twingey attack. I can't breathe and it takes ten minutes to put trousers on in the morning.

I'll explode, surely, if this keeps up much longer.

i totally sympathise- am a week behind you and this killing me. By far the worst of my 3 pg's.
Fortunately DH is very sympathetic to my incontinence problemsGrin
I have just been in hospital due to breathing problems/ very low blood pressure/constipation and pain. The last doctor i saw asked to check my bump and went 'wow, that's very big!!' Er yes, thanks for that.Hmm

I hope you can get more comfortable, TDD- it really will be over soon....not soon enough , though!

Really feel for you, I'm 35+1 and although I'm not experiencing the swelling I can say that I'm going through the same thing with the peeing and twingey attack, I feel like she is burrowing her way out!Shock. Here's hoping the nxt few wks go fast! Wink

Sending you hugs x

I was still working full time at this stage when I was pregnant with DS. In fact, I only stopped at 37 weeks because I was booked for an ECV and the consultant said it might start labour and I didn't want to mess my boss around! There's no way I could work now. As it is I've only been finished a week. Can't WAIT for baby's arrival! Hoping you guys can get a bit comfier too. :)

I sympathise, I'm 41+1 and when I was 35 weeks I also felt like this and I'm afraid to say 6 weeks later I now laugh bitterly about the fact that I was so sure I would give birth early because I couldn't possibly get any bigger or more uncomfortable. I worked until I was 38+2 and then basically had to admit defeat due to exhaustion and very bad back, hip and leg pain.

You won't explode, but try and keep yourself as occupied as you can so that time doesn't drag too much for you. I'm booked for an induction on Monday if he doesn't come out of his own beforehand and in my condition the thought of staying pregnant for even another few days seems like hell!

Bloody hell vix. Hope you're in labour as we speak!
