I've got both... and they both offer different things I think!

The books goes into natural birth, how mammals birth, things you can do to reduce pain in childbirth. The CD kind of backs it up and tries to reprogramme your mind about pain and fear.

Probably not very useful but I'd get both!

Probably not very useful but I'd get both! But if you really strapped for cash then it would probably have to be the CD....
