heartburn already??

im only 11+4 weeks. and heartburn already??

I have had it too, plus reflux from early on. Im now 15 weeks and have broken out the gaviscon x

The first sign of pregnancy with all 3 of mine has been heartburn.

I had mine within a couple days of conception went away after a couple weeks though.

It's the increased progesterone making your all your ligaments loosen up.

There's a valve at the top of your stomach/bottom of your oesophagus which ordinarily only lets stuff go one way- food into your stomach-but because of the extra hormones its letting stomach acid back up causing you heartburn.

Antacids will help.

Heartburn was always my grandma's first pregnancy symptom, it's how she knew.

ok, good to know its normal... obvioiusly i was thinking it was a bad thing.
