I do a lot of pilates and pelvic floor exercises. I can sneeze, cough etc - no problem. But occasionally when I laugh hard and unexpectedly a bit of wee comes out occasionally.

I'm 24 weeks. Should I be worried about post birth?

Anyone else have this? AM I not doing enough exercises?

Sneezing has been a precarious undertaking for a while now (am 35 weeks) Blush. I do loads of pilates as well. This is DC1, so have no idea really - but am hoping all will be well post-birth... Sorry can't be much help, but just wanted to let you know you're not alone!

I don't really know anything about this but pregnant friends have mentioned it to be before. I'm 34 weeks and sneezing hard if I already need to go to the loo is a bit of a risk . . . I assumed it was a normal part of pregnancy but not entirely sure!

My pelvic muscles were weak for a while after my first but within a couple of months were back to normal, I did pelvic floor before and after birth but not a lot!
