slow growth

Just had my 34 week appointment and they said my baby was only measuring 29 weeks. Midwife said not to worry but booked me in for the next available growth scan. Of course am very worried now. :(

The gp said she was small at my previous appointment but did nothing, am Angry at him now as midwife said he should have referred me for a scan then.

Just wanted reassurance really!

Anyone had a similar experience? How did things turn out?

try not to worry yourself.

i have read on here that sonographers are getting quite annoyed as the midwives keep sending in ladies with perfectly healthy babies, but they all believe they are too small or too big!

i have beeb told im 2 weeks smaller
but 2 wks latr i was 3 wks bigger!

sorry about bed spelling/ grammer im shattered and just wanted to let you know

hiya, please dont worry iv had this all through my pregnancy im 37+6 and my mw always mesured 3cm less than what i should then the hospital did 5cm less??? i got booked in for a growth scan wednesday just gone and he is absolutly fine and within the range of normal growth, i havnt put any weight on just baby weight and have a neat little bump, and baby is fine so please dont worry and let us know how you get on xx
