positive sweep stories please

OK today I had my sweep. Baby is fully engaged and I was 1cm. Midwife tried to get me to 2cm not sure whether this was achieved but I did have a bloody show.

Anyone had any experience similar? Can I expect this baby to arrive soon?

I was not even 1cm when I had my sweep and DD was born 2 days later :) Good luck, fingers crossed that baby arrives soon!

I was 1 cm when i had my sweep and went in to labour about 8 hours later. Good luck - the show sounds promising!
