Turning a back to back baby?

I'm due on Sunday and baby is currently back to back. MW advised time on all fours and sitting on ball, which I am doing, as well as swimming on front and not slouching on the sofa - but baby is being stubborn!

How much time should I be actually spending on all fours? It's not that comfortable - is making my back and shoulders ache and I struggle to do it for more than about 20 mins at a time, but do it quite a few times a day.

Any words of wisdom?

Not really any words of wisdom but my last DC was back to back and turned in labour: contractions very intense but the quickest one so far!

Thanks catbus, mw did say if it doesn't turn before it will probably turn in labour, so here's hoping. I'll keep trying anyway.
