Hi all I'm 37 week and have to have a growth scan tomorrow as midwife gets my bunp smaller than my weeks, not sure wether or not to be worried, my midwife measures me 2cm below what i should be then a mideife at the hospital got me 4cm smaller when the dr felt he didnt seem too worried but im still booked in for a scan?

Its my birthday tomorrow and im just hoping for the best birthday present with them saying everything ok!

Try not to worry about it. As 2 MWs have measured you and got 2 different results you can see that its not an accurate science.

Your GP is doing the right thing. I'm sure it will be fine.

Enjoy your birthday.

Wouldn't worry about it - fundal height measurement can be a very unreliable way of dtermining the size of what's inside. And, as your experience shows, different people get different measurements. I had a similar thing at 27 weeks - was told I was measuring 2 weeks small. So did the growth scan and baby was bang on average. The next week I still measured "small", but they sensibly decided not to worry about it.
Happy Birthday! X
