funny movements- eek!

I am 28w with my first and today have been getting some rather odd movements by Bean. Especially when I am sat at my desk, there are some rather sharp movements, almost like popping or sharp kicks, very far down. At one point today I thought I would get a foot sticking out of...well I imagine you can work it out! Just a good job I was on my own in the office as it took me rather by surprise
I am presuming that this is just the latest crazy exciting development but as I think my DH and others would be a bit shocked, I thought I could hide behind the anonymity of MN!

Mine does that too I'm 29w with my second. I just figured that's just the way he is positioned.

I don't remember my first doing it but she may have done. She preferred to stick a limb up under my ribs so I couldn't bend forward.

i remember that feeling that a limb was going to come out from there!! Do you know if it is head down?? Only because with me it was my DS's foot as he was breech!!

When I had my 20 week scan it was head down, and I certainly feel sometimes that the hardest bit of my bump, which I presume is the head is usually at the bottom but now I'm not so sure!

sorry didn't mean to scare you or anything!!! just wondered as when i was pg with DS1 i didn't know about MN and had no-one to chat with!! This time however its GREAT!! can chat to people pretty much 24/7!!
