Rash on bump

I am 29 weeks pg and have just noticed a rash on my bump. It wasn't there yesterday. It is not itchy but hurts when I touch it. It is only on one side of my bump and looks like lots of bites with heads. They are sore to rub, but other than that I wouldn't have noticed them until I saw them. Anyone had this or got any advice?

Bumping for Enthusia....anyone???

The only thing I wondered was whether it was urticaria which could be caused by detergent or household chemicals when you are cleaning or washing up saoking through clothing (I had this as with bump tummy was geting damp when i was standing at the sink or cleaning the bath)
