yes through your pregnancy you will get a lot of achey and funny pains in your belly normaly your uterus is only the size of your fist and its gota grow and stretch to accompany a baby so your gonna get abit of discomfort now and again, i had what was like period like pains every now and again, but if your concerned just give your midwife a quick ring and she can reassure you.
hope you feel better soon :)

Thank you, yes like a very light period pain, i'll see how it goes, it's not painful just aware of it and wanted to check that i wasn't the only one.

Hello xkatyx,
I was 14 weeks on Tuesday so we must have similar EDDs. I've had these pains for the past week (sometimes quite strong but not worryingly so iykwim) and then over the past few days my bump appeared! Think it was my muscles stretching as at this stage the uterus is moving up and growing.
It does feel weird though so if you get concerned then call your mw for some reassurance.

Thank you, this morning everything is fine now, i think it is just stretching.

Im waiting till i can feel movement then that will be a lovely reassurance
