Getting organised!

Hi,

I'm 31 weeks tomorrow and wondering when I should be getting more organised, we have pretty much collected/bought/ordered the things we need, but when should we have the hospital bag packed and ready to go? I have washed a few of the baby clothes and will try and do some more today. We are also hoping to move before the baby arrives so need to bear that in mind! What else can I/should I be doing? Am reluctant to do any bulk cooking as we should be moving!

I guess mainly i'm wondering when I should have the hospital bag packed and ready?

Thanks

I usually get mine ready at about 30 weeks, but then usually go 2 weeks over due date Hmm so i have my bag ready about 12 weeks before i need it !
I did have one baby 2 weeks early though, personal choice really i guess but from 35 weeks onwards i would think its a good idea to have one ready just incase (if you like to be organized) Smile

I was advised to have the hospital bag ready by 32-34 weeks in case baby is early.

I had first baby at 34 wks and didn't have ANYTHING Shock Thank goodness for my mother Smile I'd say have a hospital bag packed just in case, it won't hurt. I'm always in and out of hospital in my prgenancies so bag is already well used by the time baby comes!
