I posted this in the For Free board, but don't think it's much frequented. Anyway, I used these and they were great for preparing me for a calm labour. That's it for me and babies so would anyone like them - please email me [email protected].

Can I put my hand up please? Am hopefully headed for a VBAC (but slightly fighting hospital for some freedom of movement etc) and am quite nervous about it. DD was breech and an ELCS on drs' advice so I've never done the whole labour thing. I've emailed you for more info. What was your vbac like?

Hi Unbuffy, I've offered the CDs to someone already I'm afraid - do recommend them though.

My first birth was ELCS following failed induction. My VBAC was very different - 7hr labour - straightforward and very calm. I had a doula who really was fab, and the hypno gave me a number of techniques for dealing with the pain of contractions. The best thing was staying at home as long as poss, as I did not want HCPs hassling me to put monitors on etc. Good luck with the birth Smile
