Hi

Sorry if this has already been discussed... I'm betting it has.

Have still got really bad all day sickness at 17 weeks. Though have noticed a subtle change now in that if I eat something even though I feel like i'm imminently going to puke - i feel slightly better... for a while... then it starts again.

What's that all about?!?! Confused

V normal m'dear

The pregnant stomach just doesn't cope very well when it isn't empty, so little and often is the best thing

Make sure you keep your fluids up as well as that can contribute to feeling yuk

I also wear sea sickness bands - have you tried those?

yep, had a marathon puking session while wearing those for a few days straight. Never mind.

Eating lightly every few hours... even got a bottle of gatorade on bedside table for middle of the night nausea.

This is all just a bit mad! Smile
