horrid head cold and 12 weeks pregnant

As the title says really, I am suffering badly with a head cold. Does anyone know of any remedies?

If you have a temperature you should take a paracetemol or two to lower it - a fever in early pregnancy can be problematic for the baby. Otherwise I would avoid meds, have honey and lemon, and breathe in some steam with olbus oil added, and wait till it goes away!

Poor you. Agree with the paracetamol and olbas oil. Also put some on a tissue or hanky under your pillow. Hope you can put yourself in pyjamas or go to bed in peace. It will all be better tomorrow.
