The one where you get free prescriptions and dental?

I'm 13 weeks now, my nan took my form back to the docs when I was about 9 weeks so midwlfe had to sign then send it. I'm still waiting and I need prescriptions soon but don't want to pay £7.20 when I don't need to.

Think mine was only a couple of weeks to wait.

Mine never arrived second time round.

You don't actually need it to claim for a prescription - there's small print on the prescription that says they will verify it through other means if you don't present the card. I had loads of prescriptions in my last pregnancy and never had the card.

I forgot to get my form, picked it up at 18 weeks I think it was, card took over a fortnight to come if I remember rightly.

if you google it a govt website should come up which gives you details of what you need to get in order to claim back any presciption charges you may have to pay before it arrives. Might also give you a number to chase it up on.
