Could I be pregnant?

I have a beautiful four month old after a year and a half of trying due to PCOS. I only had one period in the year before I fell pregnant so missed periods ar no help when it comes to pregnancy signs. Over the last 2 weeks I have had many of the same symptoms as I had with my son during early pregnancy, feeling sick, off certain foods, extreme tired. Did a test which was negative (the test was a year old - don't know if that makes a difference). I'm just not sure if I could be pregnant or if I'm just imagining these symptoms now as the idea has got into my head.

Are you BFing? If you are it's unlikely that your periods have returned I'm afriad... but stranger things have happened.... I'd wait until early next week and do a test one morning with some nice new sticks...

My periods haven't started. I haven't had one since giving birth.

Mine didn't return until DS was 13 months IIRR... but I was BFing. i have mild PCOS and have irrecular periods. After DS they've been more regular.

I'd give it a week and test again.

My periods returned at 13wks despite feeding 2 hourly day and night. It does happen.
