can anyone recommend a good pregnancy exercise dvd?

Confess I have only done it a handful of times, but that is my fault, not the DVD's Find it hard to find time during the day - dd doesn't let me do it! And am too shattered in the evenings.......

When I did do it, I found it do-able - some of the reviews on Amazon were a little offputting and said you had to be in really good shape to be able to do it - I don't think that's the case. Yes, I got a little out of puff doing it, but that's the point, isn't it? Certainly never felt like I was doing any harm to myself or baby

Please note the one I have linked to is a 2 DVD set - antenatal and postnatal. You can buy the antenatal one on its own I think.

I also bought that one- I've only done it once as I'm only just emerging from the 1st trimester where i was too knackered/sick to do anything remotely energetic.

I bought the one with 2 DVDs as I'm keen to use the postnatal to get back into shape too.

I think its ok- it's a bit home-madey the way it's shot, but makes a change from those studios with lots of svelt people in lycra. Got me sweating and I felt like I'd done something afterwards. There are two sections, one where you can use a partner/hubby/friend to steady yourself against- haven't tried that one yet!

I'm hoping my toddler will find this very fun and want to join in rather than doing his usual trick of hugging my legs when he wants my undivided attention - you can see why I need to stay in shape this time......
