Lots of Braxton Hicks...

This evening I have been having LOTS(?) of BH contractions, in the last 4 hours I think I have had about 7 or 8, is this normal?

I am 32 weeks, they do not hurt at all, the baby is moving around in-between them and they are not regular.

Yes it is perfectly normal I remember getting them often at this stage with my last pregnancy, especially after having a meal or going for a walk. Sometimes the baby kicking can trigger them too.

I have spells of them and then none for a day or two. Sometimes if you need a poo it can make you have more but you don't realise IYKWIM. I get them if I go on a bumpy road, need a wee/poo (sorry) get up after sitting still for ages and after an orgasm

If it isn't painful/achey I wouldn't worry.
