30 weeks and feeling very dizzy & nauseous

Hi,

I've been pretty healthy so far, a couple of UTIs etc, but pretty much OK. My blood pressure has been a consistent 120/80 or lower. But for the past week I've felt very dizzy, even when sitting down (right now, in fact) and I'm starting to feel nauseous and headachy with it.

Has anyone else had this? Is it anything to worry about? I'm having a GTT on Wednesday (random blood glucose at 7.3 triggered it) and I wasn't too worried, but now I'm concerned it's the same problem.

Thanks very much!

Have no experience of this and don;t know what it could be. But if you're not feeling well, I think you should call your MW or the labour ward and speak to them today. Don't wait until Wednesday.

Thanks for replying! I went to supermarket yesterday and found a nurse check-up van outside, and they gave me a quick BP, pulse, heart check, and found that my pulse was over 100. Unfortunately it was too late to see the GP yesterday, so I'm making an appointment today.

Thanks again.
