Tried canesten 1% and hasn't done much. Is there anything we can use?

bicarbinate of soda in a bath (they suggest it for chickenpox)and wash with non soap products (bodyshop do some)

Would suggest getting checked out to make sure its not thrush or BV, but if it's just itchy then try Biofem Actigel - you can get it from Boots. Or KY Jelly. Definitely keep away from the soap. Good luck!

Is it thrush? If so, then very common in pregnant ladies, especially in this heat.

My gp advised I use a pessary (delightful) and cream (over the counter) and to wear cotton underwear.

If it burns when you wee, you should go to your gp as you could have a urinary tract infection, easily cleared up with antibiotics and very common, but not good to have in pregnancy.

Hope you don't stay itchy for long!
