My GP prescribed a nasal spray - Beconase. You can also buy it over the counter but the prescription version is marginally cheaper! He said that is absolutely fine.

Don't forget, prescriptions are free when you're pg! I had hayfever for a bit but it stopped as the pregnancy progressed...how odd!

that happens to me too. with dd and this one, no hayfever and usually i suffer so badly
