Can I eat frozen scampi from the supermarket?

I was under the impression it was fresh/raw shellfish that could be dodgy and definitely not to order it at a resteraunt etc.

But am I ok to eat the scampi we bought? I bloody hope so.

yeah, but Rocklover am I right in thinking I have seen you on lots of N&V threads recently... in which case I say sod the balanced nutritional diet and go with whatever you can stomach for the time being!

yes! Scampi is great, its a source of long chain omega 3. low in saturated fats. Cook it in the oven for best results.

My two monsters enjoy Whitby Scampi, there are money off vouchers at www.whitby-seafoods.com (30p off)

I also like the hot n spicy prawns.
