Leaking colostrum already?!

Perhaps I am being naive...?

I am 31+3 weeks and am leaking a lot of colostrum already! So much so that I have started wearing pads... So far, my left boob is leaking loads (lots of largeish "spot" stains and a lot if I squeeze), whereas the other one only leaks the odd spot (and a drop if I squeeze). The colostrum is clear and the stains it leaves are whitish with the odd yellowy bit as well.

Is this normal!?

I don't really mind , but I thought it wouldn't happen until a lot later... does it mean the baby might arrive early?

I've been leaking since about 13weeks!! Having to wear brast pads pretty much all the the time. . Spoke to m/w and she just said its different for everyone and maybe cause I BF DD for so long (though that was over a year ago!!)

I started leaking at about 18 weeks or so with DS, especially at night- I was waking up in a puddle every morning, even with pads in.

He was born at 40+13 (12 hours away from being induced), so unfortunately, no, I don't think it has any bearing on when the baby will arrive.
