Why does it happen so often? I am on my 3rd and only 11 weeks I feel miserable again now just when i was starting to feel better with sickness.

Ugh, horrible. Your uretha (sp?) is apparently shorter and wider when pregnant, so it's easier to get it infected.

Have you tried all the usual tricks? Lots of water, cranberry juice, probiotics, etc.

I am drinking lots of water, I am not managing much food though because sickness has been so severe.

I had 3 during my pregnancy. The last one was at 36 weeks, I stupidly ignored it, thinking I could just flush it out by drinking water, and it turned into a full-blown kidney infection requiring 2 nights in hospital and antibiotics, and almost the onset of labour. So do always get them seen to. They are rubbish, you have my sympathies.
