I'm 31+2 and have no problems with sleep. May wake up once or twice to pee, but straight back to sleep. I have on average 9-12 hrs sleep per night, but when I wake up, it feels like I've had about 4 hours sleep.
Anyone else getting loads of sleep but still exhausted. Work are trying to get me to go back to work before I start my maternity as I am off with low blood pressure and feeling dizzy, but if I did go back, I honestly don't think I could cope with getting up early.

Yeah, I'm struggling too. My sleep quality is crap, so even though I'm getting lots, it's not having much effect.

Are you having an afternoon nap? A couple of hours after lunch (not too late) can work wonders. Make sure you properly go to bed, undress and everything, so it feels like a proper sleep time.

No. I figured as I'm sleeping so long during the night I don't need it, but I will give it a go if it might help. I wonder if I can get my sicknote changed from 'low bp' to 'laziness' haha
