Old wives tales - is it a boy or a girl?

I won't be finding out which gender we are having, but I can't help guessing, particularly as my ds is ADAMANT that we are having a girl. As far as he is concerned it's got to be a sister.

Anyway I can't remember what the old wives tales are. If the bump is neat and all in the front, what does that mean? What other ones are there?

all in the front (and your bottom goes out a bit) is a boy. All over weight gain is a girl. Apparently.

Oh yes, it's good fun guessing! I did this quiz when I was expecting DD. It was right, but hey, there's a 50/50 chance! Am 10 weeks pregnant now and DH is already convinced it's a boy. He was right about DD being a girl so now thinks he's some kind of psychic guru

well, i've just done the test and it says that i have a 56% chance of it being a girl.....i thought it was a girl (boy last time). i have my scan this afternoon and have decided to find out, so we will see if the old wives tales (56% predictability) are correct.

according to that quiz my results say I have a 50/50 chance of having a boy or girl, so it seems fairly accurate to me!

I'm impatient, so we're hoping to find out in a couple of weeks- baby's cooperation permitting!

sparkly - good point, ds kept his legs crossed last time, so i shouldn't get too excited today.

Hmm, I don't know the answer to half of those questions! After the first 5 I had 80% chance of boy, after next 5 67% and after the last ones 54% of having a girl!

well im having a girl & the quiz indicated that im having a boy

those old wives tales gave me an 85% chance of ds4 being a girl. He wasn't!

If all went well id assume the OP knows the sex of her approximately 15 year old.
